You have absolutely no problem detoxifying, getting rid of free
radicals you have as a result from your training. I will recommend
this to any athlete and anybody else with any type of issues. It feels
good on the skin. The wooden sauna Eit is drying you out in a way.
This feels really good. It feels gentle and warm and soothing, not
like a dry sauna. It’s completely different. This is great! This is
wonderful. I love it. You could sell this to any athlete. This is
going to help blood flow, get everything moving. I couldn’t speak
more highly of this!
Any athlete would want this. They could see the benefit of how their
joints and muscles warm-up before they go out. Using it to warm up
muscles before they go out because, even like the weekend warrior,
they are constantly in pain and they are wondering why. It’s because
they don’t warm up correctly. If people would warm-up correctly
before they hit the road, if you had this in your room and you warmed
up, especially living in Washington… They are always going out there
without a proper warm-up.
It’s important if they would warm up for even 10 minutes, do warm-up
with this. You could even do 20 minutes, although it might be a little much and
drain you. You could probably cut your injuries in half, if not more.
If you get back and you joints are cold, you could warm your body up.
You could get in a cold ice bath and warm back up with this. And your
injuries and your recovery are going to be amazing!
